if you zoom in 2 years...there is no 'warning' for the drop in fall of 2018...no santa rally ...almost in 'correction' territory...it near -19% S from oct 2018 to dec 2018

RSI never twitched at that period, though the SPX dropped

Monday was open for some trading that did not show up on the TSP calculations...For the S/dwcpf Oct 14 there was a drop -.27%
I believe the calculations were include on Tuesdays close...
