Re: How does the Leaderboard reflect reality?

Had the Fed not intervened it might have been a steady march downward. It may be yet. All this money creation is not helping us in the long run. You don't solve a problem created by debt with more debt.

If everyone eats at Taco Bell no one will be on the trolley. They may all be in the restroom.

Re: S&P on course for best month since 1991

Well I am beginning to wonder if they will keep this up until November? If they do the dollar is screwed, and the national debt will be to the sun and back.

We are not going to have cheap oil primarily because the of the Petrodollar. Oil is the commodity that backs the dollar, and our military ensures adherence. The higher the price of oil, the happier are our clients. And here I thought exceptionally low demand meant something... I see $1.36 down the ...

Re: Someone please explain

The market is manipulated. Simple as that. The Federal Reserve is buying everything in sight via the large banks. Now the other day we had a rally, but it did not include the financial sector. That had to do with the fact that people are not paying their loans. I don't think these rallys can be sup...

Re: Bat $h1t Crazy Market

The Fed has flipped the script for sure, and eventually reality will take over. Keep and eye on crude oil and the 10 year Treasury. Those indicators are typically (not always) market positive. We are in uncharted waters for sure, but I do think it will sink again. Some people are killing it, and I a...

I am taking a 25%G 50%F 25%C position, and mainly due to the realization that the Fed is going to feed this puppy until they can't.

Re: S&P 500 made a death cross a few days ago....

I am only looking at the I Fund in my TSP. My wife has other options with Vanguard. If the US heads into a major Re/Depression, and our currency devalued significantly, I need a hedge other than just Gold, Silver, and Platinum. We are in uncharted waters, and I am trying to time my bets with the I f...

Re: S&P 500 made a death cross a few days ago....

Not knowing the timeline for the crash of when, or how much for the dollar, I am looking at asset prices instead. The MSCI EAFE pricing is a tad high for the moment, but when it drops into the 30s is when I am all in. The timing has to be just right, we will start seeing inflation on mostly durable ...
