I created my own off of 7980, its 12319. Ever so slightly less in CSI, tiny bit higher average return. The difference is only at the end of September.

For those looking for a link, this one is for 7980
http://tspcalc.com/seasonal.php?ID=7980
For 8535:
http://tspcalc.com/seasonal.php?ID=8535

You can always go to any valid link and change the ID number to whatever number you are trying to get to or follow mmmmmbeers advice above.

New to the site and trying to wrap my head around all of this. You guys are going to TSP calc and physically changing your TSP Contributions and Allocations when the listed strategy ie.10716 says to? In hopes of gaining the most interest by buying low and selling high? You change before noon on that day or the day before? Def lots more to learn *mind spinning*.

Pretty much, but there is a bit more to it than that.

I would highly recommend starting with Aitrus's Seasonal Musings thread.

viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13214

It's pretty much the primer on the whole thing, and really gives a good overview of the concept in the first few pages.

Just post to different thread:
evilanne wrote:For those looking for more info on the daily seasonal: Here are 2 thread that show much of the history:

Initial Tread: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13833

Daily Seasonal Launch: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13984

Aitrus' Seasonal Musings (monthly strategies): viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13214

Right now everything seems to get lumped into "General TSP Discussion". I don't know if it would be too much trouble, but would it be possible for the mods to create a separate topic area for Seasonal strategies?

10716 at least through the end of the year. I'm considering it and a few others for all of 2018.

I'm following 7980 at present; but am seriously considering changing out my F-Fund moves with G-Fund depending how how the bond market plays out in the weeks ahead.

Shoot... that #15565 is something to behold. Such steady returns and nada under 20% for 14 years.

I follow whichever strategy mmmmmbeer tells me to follow. That guy is convincing. He must have been a used car salesman in the past.

My crazy list that I will be reviewing at year end.

I'm currently following 7980, but as you've probably seen in other threads, I'm learning math yo. And thanks to my lovely math tutor, 12squared, I have searched out many great low-risk options. 15565 is one of the great ones, along with the king of low risk, 15670 (discovered by 12squared).
Current Allocation: 50/50 split F/G Funds, as of 1/3/2018
Strategy: Loosely following Daily Seasonal #16198 until I figure out my 2018 plan when all the main plans start diverging.

Haha... I found it much easier to talk the bad guy into the cuffs than fight them all! ;)
