Daily Moves on the Horizon

Post by GoRedSox »

Some daily players are poised to move to F on either the 15th or 18th. My strategy has me moving on the 18th. Average returns on the 15th are high, while the 18th a bit lower. With Mondays historically being lower returns and Fridays mostly positive, I was thinking about submitting the IFT on Friday AM. Who else is moving and any thoughts on Friday vs Monday?

Have you taken into consideration that Sept. 15 is a "Triple witching" day?

Pulled from F at the high (9/7/17). Then noticed the USDJPY rise in relation to the F-Fund drop over the last several days (cannot say there is a correlation). Jumped back into F today. Keeping fingers crossed this was a good move......... trying to stay F with the monthly seasonal. Used my 2 monthly moves--sure hope I didn't make a mistake.

Anyone sticking with 7980? It moves to I on the 18th.
All in with 7980.

So... the 18th is where me and a buddy of mine are splitting. I'm keeping with the 7980 which goes into the I fund for a few days then on to the F for a week. He is sticking with the 7653 for the rest of the year which goes to the F on the 18th and then into the I a couple days before jumping into the G early.

Counting this month, the 7653 & the 7980 have 18 different days for the rest of the year. Should be really interesting to see which comes out on top! Sort of a fun little rivalry for the rest of the year I think.

If we keep this up fellas we may need to have mascots for our prospective strategy number! I dubbed the 7980 "The Falcons"! Not cause I'm a Atlanta fan, but just cause I'm really partial to the name.

I see not many followed 7980 into I fund today.

7980 IFTs into I on the 11th trading day of September, not September 11th. The 11th trading day in September is September 18th.
100% in the daily system since August 2, 2017.
Following strategy (current pick) #88676. 2020 real life has been following #110838
