On the 3rd of January I made an IFT change to F-Fund. Last Friday I logged in to get out of F-fund because I was rather frustrated. To my surprise, I was still 100% in I Fund. Not sure what could of happened but I guess it's better to be lucky than good!

That is pretty crazy - I guess this could be good and bad. What if you were stuck in "I" for the rest of your life? 
I wonder (and I did this once), did you make an allocation change vice IFT? If you check your current allocations is it 100% in F?

You should have received confirmation via email or hard copy. It will ask you for a choice once you submit the IFT.
