Did anybody else have trouble logging on?

Ditto. I've experienced this off and on over the years. I just figured it was the system or the host server undergoing some kind of update.

I couldn't get into this, or "the other" website, at the same time yesterday morning. I wonder if both sites use the same hosting server??

Nav.
Just out of curiosity. What is the "other" website? This is the only one of its kind that I know of.

Can't say...forever forbidden to say it on this website. Just another "tool in the financial tool bag" if you ask me, however, I guess there was a tiff between the two sites back in the day. A long time ago...prior to 2010 I think.
I just found it odd that both sites were down at the exact same time the other day. Wasn't my computer; I couldn't get on via my laptop, desktop or phone (with WIFI off). Whatever, it's all back up and running now.

From what I understand and from my research, we've never had a problem with them. They've had a problem with us, but we don't feel any particular animosity against their site in general. I think they looked at us as competition. Some of their members came over now and then to advertise / sell their programs and products. King got fed up with it at one point and asked them to discuss those topics at the other site.
As far as content goes, they tend to focus more on paid advisors, while we offer a lot of free advice and discussion. They do a lot more market timing than we do, while we have a bigger focus on seasonal. They also have more political conversations than we do. We both have Fantasy accounts, but King had his up first as a college project.
There's probably more to the story, but that's all I have uncovered during my time here. At this point it's best to let bygones be bygones.

Must be referring to TSPTalk.com
I prefer TSP Center. At least for me it's more user friendly.
