I think European stocks have been undervalued for too long. Also, the currencies are getting lower vs. the Dollar making them a steal. Also, i suspect QE won't go on much longer. The Germans want it to end. Also, the UK has bottomed for the moment with Brexit and the Japanese economy is doing well.

Maybe that will change, who knows?
