Everything was down on "Falling Friday".

Tommie down from last week but not down to 0 on your graph. In fact your graph indicates the F Fund is not the fund to be in despite all the historical studies that indicate elsewise. Those studies would say this was an analomic year and next year investors should again be in the F Fund at this time. I'm not sure. What do you think?

Analomic?, I could not find that word. I did find anomic, a state or condition of individuals or society characterized by a breakdown or absence of social norms and values, as in the case of uprooted people...

I fund had a good day. (I use EFA indicators, so the error with TSPCenter prices is not involved). Nothing else is very revealing in these two charts, that I see.

Did we miss the weakness to buy on Columbus Day?

It depends on your timetable, but it looks like you are correct for the C and I funds. However the S fund isn't quite so willing to join in any party, yet.

The Mood line has been on a sideways path since 9/11, while the C fund has clearly been in an up-trend. So it looks like the “Mood” of investors is slightly hesitant, but at the same time unwilling to completely give up on this extensive rally.

That's more evidence to me that we will see the S fund rising soon. Let's hope.

Strength of the F fund has been rising for the past four days. All the other funds are hemming and hawing. Could the rally be stalling? This does somewhat go along with some of the stocks to bonds indicator systems.
