Daily Seasonal is SPOT ON....

The Transport Index bounced off its 200 day moving average and has had a couple of good up days now... and this is the day my daily seasonal says to move back in, so I submitted my IFT to the S fund this morning. After that big run up yesterday, I'm betting there will be some profit taking today so I'll be buying in on that dip....

Once again, it looks like the daily seasonal is SPOT ON....

This, plus Tomanyiron's comments in the Strength and Mood thread have me thinking the exact same thing.

...stocks moving up in a big way yesterday. And combining that with two previous days of rising strength. “Typically” suggest a change from down-trend to up...

Good luck to all those moving to S fund tomorrow, I hope it pays off. I am going to hang out in the F fund and keep following that path. I will be watching to see how the pattern plays out.

Excuse the nooB ignorance....Just joined....I have been playing at Tspcalc, but when you refer to the "Daily Seasonal", exactly which strategy are you referring to??
mjedlin66's original??? or a different one??? or just the fact that a multitude of them moved to 'S' today?

TSPcalc has 8574 strategies that can all be considered "daily strategies" But most people are following one of the leaders. 10716 is the current leader. But since this year influenced that number, and we can't go back in time, I used to like to follow 11006 (leader from 2004 to 2016). But lately mmmmbeer's 7980 has got my attention because I also felt that the over 100% results of 2008 skewed the numbers.

Thanks Fordest.....that answered my question.....I plan on heading home, cracking a Rebel IPA and really going over the Tspcalc website as well as this forum....I was thinking of doing a +1 on one of the seasonals, but remembered I have already used 2 this month....Oh well...more time to study up for the Sept IFT....(whichever one it becomes.... )
