S Fund Chart

NOTE: This post will be about “CHARTS”. If you don’t care for “CHARTS”, stop reading now. Also it may be about “TIMING THE MARKET”. If you don’t believe it’s possible, then this is not for you.

The YTD chart below is of DWCPF (S Fund), it shows the three small pullbacks this year so far. The chart also shows the Bollinger Bands and BB width indicator. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at the bottom. My interpretation of the sequence is starting to repeat now. The size of the pullback I don’t know. Will it develop into a full-blown correction? I don’t know, however I’m preparing for the small caps and transports weakness to spread.

Tommy, thanks for the charts. There's a flood of earnings reports out due next week, 1357 companies by my calculation. Did you take this into account when making your charts? The small caps could either get hit hard or do very well depending on earnings.
