Just as a general question...Would anyone here take advantage and use a TSP fund that matched the NASDAQ like QQQ? Boy that would throw a whole new wrinkle into the daily seasonal and regular monthly seasonal wouldn't it?
But QQQ has posted nearly a 20% gain for this year. That would be a nice little bump for most of us for this year.

I don't know about putting my TSP into QQQ, but I have been investing in that ETF for a minute now. I like having a brokerage account and a retirement account so that I can make my own moves with the brokerage and do my time-tested strategy with my TSP. Has been great for my portfolio. If you are into the ETFs, please look into PSI. QQQ gains are good, PSI is even better. Also

I personally think that small caps are at a real value at this point.
