Thanks BYK777 for the video.
I think this woman is on to something. But, the “Shift” has already occurred. When will it hit the actual market? And I think everyone knows the market can’t go up forever, so it’s safe to say a top is coming.

This video was very informative...She is definitely on to something...I'd venture to say come the first of the year it'll all come to a head...
Not trying to predict anything but if you remember the financial crisis meltdown started in January of 2008 and took just over a year to unravel all the way. The C fund lost 37% the S fund lost 38%...talk about a market correction...Are we in for a repeat ride come January 2018? I don't know but things tend to repeat themselves.
Keep a watch on the technical and maybe subscribe to this lady and be mindful of your TSP...
Happy investing!

Let's not forget year 2000!! Market corrected over 70% for NASDAQ and over 40% for S&P 500.

It would be great to see how our taspcalc strategies are affected by 2000.dougellen1 wrote:Let's not forget year 2000!! Market corrected over 70% for NASDAQ and over 40% for S&P 500.

After seeing the video, I think a move to the G fund, for a while, can't come soon enough.

The video in on a Gold site. Their intent is to get folks to buy gold so they are selecting information that supports their intent. I agree with ArieS that it is to create fear as most sites selling precious metals typically do. I'm not impressed for following reasons.
They select a single stock for Artificial Intelligence that I have never heard of to support their case. I don't know anything about this company. A better stock would be IBM that has Watson, a successful AI program that has great potential. I would guess that Watson is a much greater option for AI. IBM is doing very well, increasing in value.
Anyone relying on the video should do further research to compare the assertions for their example of a single stock to other AI stocks & IBM in particular. It could just be that their product is lacking.
