2018 Strength and Market Pull

Updated EOD, Friday September 21. TSP Center still not updated the funds/accounts data, so I don't feel quite as bad for my tartness.

If you don’t know, the C fund lost 0.04%, S lost 0.33%,, but the I fund gained 0.66%, on Friday.

The C and S funds have been doing a lot meandering for, well the whole month of September. And that fumbling around is keeping Pull on the “down-low”.

Should we HAVE moved to the I fund on the 6th of Sept? No doubt.

Should we move now? Probably not, dollars to doughnuts it’s going down soon. Maybe before our IFTs can process.

Applying the same “Pull” calculations to the I fund, this is what I have:

EOD yesterday, the I was at 6.83, three days ago it was at 6.86. Not much less, but looks like presumptive weakness to me.

And for your C fund, it’s at 6.86, and has been steady climbing, with no quavering.

Take this with a grain of salt, because I may tell you something totally opposite tomorrow, (or after 4 today).

At this point, it looks like Market Pull is at 11.96% for the year as opposed to 10.52 for B&H in the S fund. Well played, sir, well played indeed!

Thanks Mich. The system does have good assumably. Is that a real word? Anyway too much criticism of the word "assume" (Ass-U-Me).
Presumably maybe? I like that. The system has "GP".

Updated EOD, Thursday September 27. Markets were kinda in the middle, not good but not horrible.
That lacklusterness translates to lower Pull. Continued in G fund.

Updated EOD, Friday September 28. A mixed bag of returns for the funds. They are uncooperative with each other. And making no effort at all to make people's lives easier at producing probability numbers.
