I noticed the I fund did well yesterday. I was curious if this was an anomaly or a trend.

What's a double bottom? And how does that potentially affect the market considering where we are now?

It's a chart term that describes a falling price hitting a "bottom" then moving back upward, falling again to that same point in a short period of time, that price holds again and isn't breached and the price moves upward again. So you get what looks like the bottom of a W on a chart. It can be a sign that a given level of support will hold and not be breached and the price will begin climbing upward from that point.

Misfit, to start new thread; instead of typing here in the quick reply block (bottom). Click on new topic, near the top of each page where it says xx of xx page on left side and go to page previous 1...xx,xx,xx,xx,xx on the right side. Hope this helps.

Updated EOD, November 1. There are several positive signs, supporting a rebound in stocks. It looks similar to past rebounds. “The biggest risk is not taking any risk... In a world that changing really quickly, the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks.” Mark Zuckerberg

Updated EOD, November 2. Friday had a dip in stock prices. But Pull put in a 4th up-day. That follow-through tells me that it was less likely to be a head-fake/bull trap.

Updated EOD, Friday November 9, the last 2 down-days slowed Pull’s climb. Still giving positive numbers, just with a little less propulsion.

Tommie has the S Fund and your Market Pull lines ever crossed since you began charting them?

Yes. Last year about this time, the Pull crossed under the S fund. And has been under ever since. But I don't think there's any significance to a cross. Pull numbers (and line) is an indicator of momentum. When it starts floundering, look out. Donald Trump would say, "The S fund had low energy".

I retrieved the old Strength chart, and run the numbers for the past few days.
I was looking to see if an IFT to the S fund would be prudent. I don’t think so. Now that cross may be significant Cron.
I will start updated it every day.
