Market Technical View -after Feb 2018 week of volatility

Hello everyone,
I'm sure those that do not follow the market often were spooked over last week's market volatility. A good source to assess where things stand is not CNBC or any other talking heads. Cramer is entertainment. Veteran retail investors assess the market and draw their own conclusions. A weekly market technicals advisor publishes on youtube. You might find these weekly videos helpful on assessing your own TSP decisions.

This is a good review because the advisor assesses the techicals in an easy to understand way. Also keep in mind many people can speculate on the 'why' and the 'how' that caused last week's volatility but none can cover the complete assessment; the market has too many variables for that to happen. What you can do is compare last week's volatility and to known points in history to derive and assess your risk tolerance.
