TSP Seasonal Website issue

Post by sigtau88 »

https://tspcalc.com/seasonal.php?ID=10716

I paid to access this page and never got a confirmation email. I was able to reset my password using the same email, which verified that I typed it correctly.

However, I can't log in, because I am still waiting to be sent the initial verification email....

Grr...anybody else have any similar issues?

Email me at admin@tspcalc.com, and I will get this resolved for you.

The emails do take several minutes to arrive, but I have not heard a single complaint of them not coming. The database shows only two customers have not yet verified their email addresses.

I looked at tspcalc as well. I like it and was going to join, but I don't know anything about who will have access to my credit card information and I couldn't find a PayPal feature. I found very little information other than the ability to sign in or register. Plus and based on reading the disclaimer, it's difficult to determine who will be adding cookies. Does anyone have information on the owner and or dealings with TSPCalc? The one good thing about it is that it doesn't have auto-renewal (hate that junk). Have a great day, everyone.

Snappy, thanks for the response. That's a good enough reference for me even if I don't do Facebook. So if I see strange charges for 200 pounds of Calgon bath beads or bulk dog food from Costco, I'll know where it came from. Perfect. Take care.

The credit card is handled by Stripe. It isn't even sent to my server. Stripe keeps it secret from me. They allow me to access the last 4 digits and the expiration date, but that's it. That information is used to show the user what card they have on file.

TSPCalc does have auto renewal, but you can turn it off from your account.

mjedlin66, thanks for the info, especially about auto-renewal. I appreciate it. I read the terms and the section on the auto-renewal not renewing was under cancellations, so thanks again.
