What is the best charting, and or candle sticking software?
Jesus, please guide us is all we do?

What is BEST for you will really depend on two things: how much you want to spend (I like free) and how long your timeline is for your investing style.
I use the stockcharts.com free charts though I plan to buy a subscription to take advantage of the extensive scanning function and intraday charting. Stockcharts.com also has Chartschool which explains how each of the indicators work and a whole lot more.
Tradeview.com is another free service with lots of tools and lots of advice from community members.
Finviz.com is a subscription service with a useful free section.
I have brokerage accounts with Etrade, TD Ameritrade and Interactive Brokers; the bundled charting software ranges from adequate to very complicated. Etrade's charts are real time whereas TD Ameritrade's are delayed 15 minutes (which doesn't matter unless you're daytrading) and IB's service is more a la carte depending on how much you trade. With TD Ameritrade you have a basic Yahoo Finance style charting but you also have access to Trade Architect and ToS (Think or Swim) which has so many bells and whistles that I have no idea what they do.
All of these display candlesticks (as well as OHLC) and provide enough data and indicators for most types of investing except daytrading.
There are more free charting services that I'm not familiar with and there are lots of subscription services that will tell you they are the best. CandleScanner.com and TracknTrade.com have candlestick scanning software to find stocks for you that exhibit a particular candlestick pattern.
