MSCI ACWI ex USA Investable Market Index or EFA
I read on a different site that TSP in November 2017 will stop following the EFA and the "I" fund will start tracking the MSCI ACWI ex USA Investable Market Index. Did this ever happen? I still see EFA performance being tracked for the "I" fund. I am confused.

It was approved in November 2017 but the change is made in 2019. It would be interesting (but maybe confusing) if it was tracked now.
