You would be a rockstar in the PI with your money.

A lot of folks retiring there. The wife is Fillipina - 50/50 German/Filipina. Good people, good culture ... and of course good food.

Actually, "great" food... My 4th favorite cuisine!!!

On a totally different note, the market is lackin' serious conviction, which not a good indicator after Friday's resurgence & all of the recent "beats". Dow is flirting with the session highs (+20-30 points), though every so slowly.

The "S" in Seasonal is bein' tested @ the moment.

I need to make a IFT decision in the next 35.51 minutes, though failure to decide is a decision in (& of) itself...

'Can anyone explain some of the logic going on in the market?'

In the short run.... No.

In the long run.... Yes.

Now take your pick of which one.

I like your style ArrieS.

May I ask for any words of wisdom, perhaps the meaning of life, or just words of a soothsayer for your 800th post? :D

GAP UP (Dow Candlestick) is begging for market re-entry. Buying Pressure is supporting morning gains. "S" Fund is showing a lot of volatility for some (unbeknownst) reason. Still have have 1 hour, 47 minutes to make an IFT decision. 11 trading days left in the month are all that are @ risk (here), should this decision not be a good short-term strategy...
