Contributions into the Roth vs Traditional
I apologize if this has been asked previously; I did search and didn't find the answer.
I am recently back to federal service under DoD. Previously I had my contributions going towards the Roth in TSP, but now it is going into traditional. I'd like my future contributions to go into the Roth. Can someone remind me how to get that set back up? I am on the TSP.gov site, and don't see it anywhere.
Thanks everyone.

For me, that is under my EPP and not the TSP site.

Yeah it would probably help if you told us a branch of service. For the USAF civilian side I think that stuff is under myPers or myBiz.

We use EBIS also I just found out. I was also told it takes multiple pay-periods (2 or 3) for the changes to process.Challeng71 wrote:Our branch uses EBIS for TSP contribution changes. Hope this helps.

I’m also DOD, in the past we used EBIS but now we have GRB Platform. If I go to EBIS I get automatically redirected to GRB. If you do have to change it thru EBIS, you must pick the correct one (there are multiple options for different agencies). Or just get with your direct personnel secretary.
