Resetting fantasy tsp for 2019

Now that we are in a new year, should the fantasy tsp accounts be reset on our own to start fresh or does it automatically happen? Thanks

There are some leaderboards that go beyond the current year. Account Balance being one, all the date ranges will use 2018 numbers until 2019 reaches an age in which they don't go back that far...

So if you reset your account, you will erase all those numbers. The year-to-date stuff should all reset after today's numbers are posted. Unless you want to forget 2018 completely, don't reset your numbers.

The Fantasy Game is a game that allows the player to RESET if they so choose. There are players who want to stay in their Game expecting to eventually recover their losses and go higher. And there are Gamers smart enough to RESET their Game if their return was not good and start the Game over again. But if you have achieved a good Account Balance you may want to hold onto your Game even with a loss with the assumption your luck will turn around someday. It is up to you. There is no automatic RESET.

Stumbled out the gate for 2019. My Fantasy TSP 2018 numbers were not accurate to my TSP account. So yesterday i reset with the intent of making my allocations similar to that of my TSP account, and the reset defaulted to 100% G fund. However my TSP account allocations are a mix of C, S and I. I could not figure out how to change the allocations to make them consistent with my TSP account. So much for using Fantasy TSP to track my performance. )

Only use FantasyTSP to test TSPCALC strats. Moved to F fund today in FantasyTSP but moved to a mixture of F/C/S/I in real.

Looks like (not so) PoorFed is going to hit the top spot starting the New Year. Or maybe TspGuru, depends on which C or S being highest EOD. Dezracer79, userque will be up there also. Whose on top, (with same percent), I believe depends on who made their IFT first.

It’s going to be a new rollercoaster ride, hope it doesn’t throw anyone off.

My fantasy account is missing the 2018 YTD returns. Is anyone else's like this?

My balance includes 2018 numbers.

Mine is too. And so is everybody who I looked at after a quick scan of my watchlist. Looks like a site-wide bug.
