I sometimes read their comments. I thought this was a bit commical
"Participant satisfaction slightly increased in 2023 with participants’ ability to obtain a participant loan and transfer money from other plans. Mr. Brandt noted a decline around the variety of investment options, despite the introduction of the mutual fund window. Satisfaction with the Plan information on the TSP website saw the steepest decline."
This is from the Nov minutes from 2023.

I can see the new website getting low approvals just because it was new and hard to navigate. I am getting used to the website and find it easier to navigate now.
Funny how they increased the variety of investments but still got a decline in satisfaction. I for one don't like the mutual fund window and don't plan on using it.

I am just an average Joe. I have no clue to what the market will do.

There are definitely some issues, but I'm absolutely loving the leveraged funds! While the cost of purchase is high, you can trade almost daily with those funds. When you place enough in the account, the returns you can make certainly make the situation much more interesting.Scarfinger wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2024 11:04 pm I can see the new website getting low approvals just because it was new and hard to navigate.
