Real Estate License?
Has anyone received their real estate license in the past 5-10 years? If so, what process did you use to study for the exam?

I should have reworded... how much/long did you study? Was it difficult? Any tips?

Depends on the state. Some states are much easier than others. My wife got her license about 4 years ago for Washington State. Very difficult exam. Did an on-line class to prepare for it.

Cpayne09 - In Utah I am required to go to school for 120 hrs credits + school exams. It took me about six months to go over the classes. I passed the test first time. Yearly license renewal is about $1300. I have been doing it for the last 11 years now.
