Beating whom? Using what numbers?

It's manifestly clear that RGEN's guess, "annual returns," can't possibly be correct -- but still proves my point:

4.09% is a terrible return on that basis -- and isn't even good for YTD, at least compared to the I Fund or the performance of other Users of this site, some of whom top 6% (YTD). And it's atrocious if it means return since start date! Which is precisely what that page says.

(And that panel you mentioned does indeed read "Top Five 2014 FantasyTSP™ Returns"!)

Which is why I first cited figures from TSPInvesting.com, which identifies itself as "Brick By Brick Investing LLC.”

As even those prove my point: “ … it’s crystal clear that hundreds of participants in ‘Fantasy TSP’ have beaten ‘BBBInvest’’s ‘performance.’"

No matter what numbers one uses, some Users here beat the pants off the "professionals" presented at this site, including BBBI.

(And note that BBBI itself acknowledges, “We are not licensed financial advisors or brokers.”)

Follow the former -- NOT the latter!

And disregard the "numbers" one sees here.

Especially those thrown about by posters using them to advocate some point of view.
