Rather than speculate as to whether an oversold market becomes more oversold or simply uses the S&P's break of the 200-day as an excuse to rally, we prefer to let the market tell its own story.
The story currently is that of a party from which institutions have been exiting with a fair amount of haste for the past four weeks. Moreover, the amount of accumulation being witnessed in leading growth stocks is faint. This is all we need to know to remain in a full cash position.
Otherwise, Monster Beverage (MNST) is a title that appears to have "leader" written all over it for when the averages firm up. And gold (GLD) is believed to have put in a tradable low last week following Friday's powerful gap rise, heavy volume, and good close. Other than this . . . To continue reading, please click
