How is your portfolio YTD?

Post by mjedlin66 »

I compared all of my holdings on YTD.

AAPL: 8.7%
FB: 5.74%
NFLX: 13.50%
TSLA: 23.72%
Vanguard 2060 retirement fund: 7.71%
TSP: 7.41%

It is interesting that the combination of my four individual stocks is handidly beating my TSP and my vanguard retirement fund, especially since I spend far more time on my TSP than the others. I chock it up to luck.

For those 4 funds, those are my YTD since purchase, not the fund YTD. I did not own them last year.

Did you hold AAPL all year long? Because for me YTD it's up 32.33%.

AMZN 26.55%
BRK.B 0.45%
CAFD 2.39%
DEA -1.55%
DIS 5.08%
EMR 5.70%
MSFT 11.53%
NFLX 29.46%
SBUX 9.25%
T -9.61%
QQQ 16.81%
VHDYX2.54%
VWSTX 0.45%
VWAHX 0.18%

As of right now my time-weighted rate of return is 10.00% versus the S&P with 7.94%

I bought apple on 3/16. That is much later than I thought. I thought I had bought them in early February. Oh well.
