"On the other hand" was the best part of his analysis. That is his acknowledgement that there are NO certainties or absolutes when it comes to the Market.

Any service that doesn't use similar terminology, would be one to stay away from.
I am just an average Joe. I have no clue to what the market will do.

Almanac Trader shows stocks generally declining through the first half of December, then steadily rising starting on the 11th trading day; December 15th this year. Coincidentally, this is also the day after the FOMC meeting. If our timing is right, maybe there is some gains to be had in the last couple weeks of the year.
