Yeah but then you would no longer be tracking your own TSP balance anymore... I think the whole point of the fantasy TSP is to do exactly what you are saying, maybe the ability to create multiple FantasyTSPs would be better, without worrying if it matches your actual balance. Additionally there could just be a setting to contribute X amount every 2 weeks which the user can input. For the most part our biweekly contributions dont change often, and when they do you can just either make a one time contribution to even it out or increase the biweekly contribution.
Personally I think a useful feature would be the ability to get emails when each of the funds crosses their 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 day moving averages. Also, the ability to retrospectively evaluate trading rules/theories would be awesome... for example 'buy when C fund crosses 200 DMA, etc.

 OT and Bonuses
"Overtime worked, bonus, pay adjustment or any other anomaly would cause a discrepancy between FantasyTSP balance and actual balance."
TSP contributions are not made based on OT or bonuses: check your paystubs. Contributions are based on regular hours worked, and don't increase when a bonus is received or overtime is worked. Bi-weekly contributions could be set by the user to a specific amount if the programming allowed the user to edit (retroactively)it when the contribution amount changes or if there is a pay increase.

AND ONLY because as of right now, Cluong02 (Join Date March-09) is the top earner at $175,037.00 and I'm in second place (Join Date Feb 2008) at $157,044.00. My goal is to be the 1st TSP Center participant to double the $100,000.00 investment ( and do it under 5 years). Can't do it if the actual balances are plugged in. And besides, whoever doubles their money first will lose bragging rights if actual balances are plugged in. (And G-d knows I love to brag). ; )
Beside EFT, romegman at $160,442.70 and azn at $170,317.92

Thanks for correcting the record C-Me. I though only Cluong was ahead of me. Looks like I'm in fifth place. My goal is still the same. To be the first member to double the acct.

How do you see what the total balance is for the fantasy TSP participants without clicking on each individual?

To set this up as an optional/hidden feature, would we need anything more than the following:
1. Retirement System/Status (CSRS, FERS, MIL, RETIRED/SEPERATED)
2. Current Balance
3. Salary
4. Percent Contribution
What about pay date? I'm assuming not everyone gets paid every second Friday like me?
Anything else missing to enable this calculation?
