Re: Dezracer79's FantasyTSP Account
Hello all. My name is Richard. I have noticed some of you are now watching my account. I just want you all to know that I really don't know what I am doing. I have been lucky so far this year. I can not guarantee returns. Use my method at your own risk.
I have been lurking (learning) on this site for about 18 months now. I am amazed at the wealth of knowledge the members on this site have. I have learned alot. I kept my money in the L funds until I stumbled upon this site. As you can see, I took some risk in the beginning. I decided late last year to stick with what works (seasonal). Thank you Aitrus for all the time you put into your posts. But then I thought if the seasonal works so well wouldn't it be better to break it down into one, two, or three week periods since I have the extra IFT sitting around. I began looking at weekly trends. Every Monday I look at the past charts for the next thirty days and decide what day I should make an IFT. Not far off from the newly posted Daily Seasonal Mix. The big difference is that I am not running a spreadsheet or choosing exact dates. Each year will be different. I give more consideration to the last five years. I usually only look back to 2008. I know 2008 and 2015 are outliers as a whole, but some of the patterns repeat in those years as well. Anyway like I said earlier, I have been lucky so far this year. I hope to keep up the trend, but please don't jump on my train and expect returns. This ride could plummet at any moment.

Almost everyone has their unique editing logic for buy and sells. You have demonstrated a very accurate reading of market trends.
Can you share any market indicator details that inspired your recent F fund transfer? Would you have any numbers/charts/news items that predicted the F fund increase in price?
crondanet5 and I need all the help we can get.

Tomany - My move to F was based on most of the other funds showing a trend downward around the 27th of April. They continue the first half of next week. I really don't know where I'll be going next week. Since I don't see any definitive trends past the fourth of May I may just move to the C fund like all the other seasonal mixes.

Thanks, my thoughts are about the same, at least a few days up mid-week due to the Fed meeting. I’m thinking S fund. It will be scary, let’s see what happens Mon and Tue first.
