Re: Natural Gas, specifically UNG??

Oh brother............. And, FWIW, she told me MCD was a 'sell at $80. But I'm gonna step out of this one now. FWIT, see your post of June 11, 2011 , when you stated that "the wheels are coming off AAPL," My response, that same day, was that, "AAPL is a buy here." It was 310 on ...

Re: Natural Gas, specifically UNG??

Actually, SARAH, as I recall, I told you about a trade I made in it and you said: "Oh yes, I forgot about that one." I traded LNG back when it was $4 a share. But you made an excellent return in LNG investing the way you do as compared to my hit and run tactics. I greatly admire your inve...

Re: Natural Gas, specifically UNG??

I have been watching natural gas prices, specifically UNG . It is near it's all-time low. I rarely invest in single stocks or ETF's but long term this looks like a good place to put a little cash. Any of you commodity gurus care to weigh in? Thanks. It's been at its "all time low" since m...

The only purpose I can see to include an allocation that is no longer used is to provide TSP Key with two opportunities to excel in their 2012 returns.

Re: TSPkey

I think TSP Key has done an adequate job explaining this issue. There is no need to be so aggressive. If people like the service they can stay, and if they do not they are free to leave. It really is that simple. I think the issue is self-evident, unless TSP Key can provide a further clarification....

Re: TSPkey

TimerTrac didn't get the IFT to the G Fund on 10/19/09. In other words, you're saying that TimerTrac, which reported your returns through October 31, 2009, and for which "Market timing professionals turn to for authoritative third party verification of their work" is either decidedly unre...

Re: Social Security Trust Fund Outlook Takes $1 Tril Dive

I hope this doesn't sound too right-wing. A better bill I think would be to make arrangement for those already embedded in the current system to ensure the Social Security Promise while allowing the young blood entering the work force to invest in personal retirement accounts (the type that they or...

TimerTrac--as mentioned earlier, they had long delays so we asked them to stop tracking us. These are TSP Key's 2009 trades thru Oct 31st according to TimerTrac.Com: Trades for the strategy TSP Standard between Monday, November 01, 2004 and Saturday, October 31, 2009. Times are mountain time, MST (...

Re: Social Security Trust Fund Outlook Takes $1 Tril Dive

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) has introduced legislation entitled the Keeping Our Social Security Promises Act to strengthen Social Security by applying the Social Security payroll tax to Americans with annual incomes above $250,000. Under the proposed legislation, the wealthiest Americans would pay t...

The following was posted on TSP Strategy on October 31, 2009. Please explain the divergent returns reported for 2009. "TSP Key has not publicly posted its performance since 2007. However, they have proudly pointed to Timer Trac.com for auditing their performance until this week. As of 10/30, ac...
