Regarding Medicare part B and the current postal bill in congress that deals with eliminating the prefunding for retiree health care. In the bill it requires anniutants to enroll in Medicare part B. Doesn't Government use G Fund to borrow from when Politicians don't want to pay bills past due? Why would they want to weaken TSP? It is their 401k, too!

I would think twice about using a loan against your retirement funds. I made the mistake of doing that in 03, missing out on tremendous gains in that year. Find another source if possible.
