Re: The "everything new is automatically bad" thread
Wow! Ok, thanks. But I have done the CTRL-F5 a few times previously. I'll investigate it further later. Probably something on my end. FWIW, I'm seeing the same thing you are, Userque. I see the same thing on my PC and my iPhone using Edge or Chrome. Not urgent, but I would also like to increase the...

Re: The "everything new is automatically bad" thread
That's a browser extension that can better show visited links. Going to try the site with no extensions later to see if that's causing the problem.

Re: The "everything new is automatically bad" thread
MJ, Suggestion for a site improvement. On the main Board Index page, there's space for listing 5 recent topics. Having more would help in navigating the site quicker and seeing what conversations have been happening - especially when a member has been away for a few days. Maybe having as many as 10...

Thanks for keeping us in the loop!mjedlin66 wrote:1. FantasyTSP 2019,2020,2021 fixed.
2. Leaderboard for 2021 will not be released. Site update within 2 weeks will include new leaderboard.
3. Same goes for real TSP issues. Wait for site update.
Thanks

Maybe this'll help. I don't see 2021 anywhere, just 2020, and the data from 2020.

Re: S Fund Futures?
Off the cuff, the emini russell 2000 is the closest I'm aware of. Is this emini Russell 2000 only for futures, and not the regular period? Hi ProduceMan. Futures isn't a time period, per se. Futures are trading instruments; different from stocks/etfs. They are highly leveraged! Futures may trade al...

The only thing I came up with is that sometimes, but not very often, there is an after hours market or premarket quote for the ETF VXF, which is closely correlated to the S fund.

Re: Move to S Fund tomorrow?
I am in the same boat, seasonal says to go into S. Challenge is that the S hasn't had any corrections. The federal government's CR ends on 11 Dec, and congress will have to come up with an agreement and POTUS needs to sign it into law. If they can't then we face a shutdown in 3 weeks which could af...

Re: Lifecycle fund share pricing
yes. but if you can get into a fund as cheap as $10 share. there is really only an upside, right? a rising share price over the years will only increase your balance in the fund. for instance, id like to retire in 2035 but want to be more aggressive til the end. I would purchase shares of 2045 Life...

I'm not sure what is being implied on this thread. Please expound on what you mean by "gains that are mathematically impossible". How do you know this and how did you arrive at this conclusion? And what should be done with members "that just started playing during the market lows bac...
