I don't like the plan, it won't help the economy much. It definitly won't get rid of the national debt. I'd have to go back and check, but I think the S fund went up in January and other than that...it's been an up/down scribble all year since. I enjoy this market as I like to play the short waves, but it is difficult with only two trades a month.
