We just got approved for locality pay to go with our raise. For us, it works out to almost a 12% total raise. We have been applying for locality pay since well before I started.. The kicker is I retire just after my new high 3, which is perfect timing!

I was going to join the herd but I instead just tried to diversify the funds a bit. So far it's worked. Hope today means upswing here on out.

I almost went to G- yesterday but didn't. On one hand, I think I should stay in since 2022 was bad year, so maybe the market has room to still grow?

On the other hand, taking a profit and waiting might be a great idea.
