At COB 9/27 your Fantasy Balance was 256,888.60 At COB 9/28 your Fantasy Balance was 250,390.09 (250,390.09 - 256,888.60) / 256,888.60 = -0.02529, or -2.529% I was looking at the 2021 YTD graph in Fantasy TSP At COB 9/27 it was 23.39% At COB 9/28 it was 20.2...

Perhaps I overlooked it, but I didn't see any comments about the "True cost" you'll pay over the life of a 30 year mortgage. The costs are in the Amortization tables when you took out the loan. If you have a 200k loan and pay only the minimum over 30 years, you'll could end up paying 2x th...
