Internet Explorer has been an abandoned product line since 2013. Microsoft replaced it with Edge browser.

Windows 9 and Windows 10 come with Microsoft Edge installed, they don't include internet explorer. For some reason various government agencies keep installing Internet Explorer manually.

It's frustrating because supporting it requires me to rewrite a lot of my Javascript and CSS. And there's some things that are just impossible in Internet Explorer.

My life would be far easier if I stop supporting this browser that was abandoned 7 years ago. And I just might. So please, the 3% of you who used it on my website last month-it's time.

Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge

Remember when Netscape Navigator was the go to browser?

I say get rid of it. Change with the times.

What about Safari. i use I Pad or I Phone to view almost everything?

Safari should be fine. Really IE is the problem child of the internet.

Yes, I can do that. I am trying the soft approach first. I am not 100% convinced that I should stop supporting IE. But I am definitely leaning that way.
