Finally, after over a year in development, we were able to officially launch www.TSPCenter.com and FantasyTSP on January 1, 2008. Many improvements and new features have been added since then including major enhancements to FantasyTSP performance charts, more details for member allocation histories, a new TSP Calculator, and a full featured charting system for analyzing historical TSP returns. Look for Returns by Calendar Month to be added to the Leader Board very soon!
The first half of 2008 has been a difficult time for investors. The TSP equity Funds have been very volatile and have seen only a brief moment in positive territory. Despite this turmoil, we have several members who are close to (+)10% YTD in this (-)10% YTD market!

Dear friends,
While 2008 has been hard on investors, its been great for TSP Center and FantasyTSP. Why? Because our community has grown to over 300 active members, we've been written about in national editorials, preparations have been made for a major marketing campaign, and numerous improvements have been made to our premier application for TSP participants, FantasyTSP. Not to mention the growing list of members demonstrating investment excellence while achieving positive returns in this rough market.
We've done a lot of work this quarter to make FantasyTSP even better including:
1. Allocation pie charts for member accounts
2. Custom date ranges for member charts
3. Adherence to interfund transfer restrictions
4. Leader Board improvements
5. Reputation points for investment excellence

We're closing the books on 2008 and for most TSP investors, that's a good thing. Despite the turmoil, some of our savvy investors have achieved positive returns on the FantasyTSP Leader Board. Now its time to regroup and tackle the market that 2009 will bring us.
I want to also bring your attention to the FantasyTSP Jackpot Challenge. Starting in January, A monetary prize will be awarded to the FantasyTSP member with the highest investment return for each calendar month. This includes whatever amount is donated by the community as well as 25% of total TSP Center advertising revenue. As the community grows and advertising revenue increases, so will the jackpot!
Throughout 2008, many improvements have been made to our premier application for TSP participants, FantasyTSP. A few of these improvements include:
1. Moving Averages for TSP Charts & Returns
2. Graphing performance comparisons among FantasyTSP members
3. Cosmetic improvements to the FantasyTSP graphing system
4. Balance sheet for member accounts
5. Current allocations for member Watch Lists
6. The FantasyTSP Jackpot Challenge
