Recently, the staff at TSPCalc and here at TSP Center have received a request to have passwords reset. We replied to the sender, however, that person apparently not getting our emails.
This is because the email domain they're sending from - bellsouth.net - is an ATT-based email address, and they've been filtering out our emails as spam based for several years. We don't know why. Hotmail is also sometimes buggy too.
For those who try to contact us, please us an alternate email than the ATT-based or be sure to check your spam folders. That's the only way you can get to us if you lose your account PW or your account gets locked.
