What is in your site that you think is an improvement over them?
And one more question: Why can't I enter an IFT in TSP Fantasy? It says that moves must be entered before noon, but it does not say when the window opens. The real TSP allows you to enter at any time, it just doesn't execute unless you are before noon that day. However, if you enter at 12:10, it makes an entry for the next cycle.
What are your open window rules? Do I have to enter only between midnight at noon?

I'm familiar with http://tsptalk.com. I've been a subscriber of their Premium Services since day one and read Tom's commentary every morning. It’s a great site and we have similar subject matters, but I don't think we're a copy of that site.
TSP Center and FantasyTSP was started in Feb of 06. It was basically a college project for a marketing course. It turned out that I enjoy working on this type of project so I decided recently to continue with it and make it available to the public. Considering there are over 3.8 million TSP participants, I was actually thinking that more than one site dedicated to a topic that interested them would be ok.
FantasyTSP is a work in progress. The system currently only allows an IFT to be entered between midnight and noon of the day the transaction is to occur. It will not always be like this and will behave like the real TSP system shortly. I actually had it working like you described, but temporarily removed that complexity to make it easier to work on other aspects of the system which needed attention.
