Ever since the change over it takes a few minutes for the webpage to completely function. Also when I click on a subject comments, the comments do not appear. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hmmmm .. something is not right. I've seen no increase/decrease in webpage access so maybe your cookies/Internet files need to be cleared. Maybe a cached file is messing things up?

The subject comments, are you talking about in the forum, when you click on a subject title (the post), you don't see the replies in the post?

head, are you accessing the site through a mobile browser (e.g. phone)? if so, you may need to, as J suggested, to logout of TSPCenter, restart your phone, log back in and clear cache/cookies, to see if it helps.

head, me too. Molasses flows faster than this site's uploads.

First. Thank you for both this site and TSPCalc. Both are amazing resources. I do echo that it is taking minutes to access the different pages here on TSPcenter both through phone and computer, even after following previously listed selections. Thank you again for this site.

Cron you're trying to submit too many IFTs in a day. You're overloading it, and slowing it down for everybody.

I agree. It's been really slow for me as well.

That's definitely my fault. I disabled the ads the lazy way by replacing the advertiser's domain name with a fake one. So right now your browser is waiting for a site that doesn't exist. It will improve over the next few days as I remove the advertisements manually.

Also, clearing your cache is a great idea. There have been so many changes to the site that could be causing some of your grief. On a desktop computer, use Ctrl + F5. A cell phone browser is more difficult, you have to go into your settings to clear the cache.

After getting excellent instructions (and instant feedback using facebook message from tspcalc) to try (1) clear my cache (2) re favorite it and I (3) restarted my computer, it has worked normal. Thanks for the great advise and hard work keeping this fantastic web site up and running. Great job. There is no way you are a government employee, way too efficient.

My Fantasy TSP won’t even load. Very discouraged. This use to be my favorite site. Now I have nothing to track my investments. ;-(.

Still having significant delays opening any pages on the site. Have cleared cache and created new bookmarks. Just a quick check to see how loading repairs are progressing and if there are any other recommendations. Thank you for this site!

I've noticed that it runs slower on IE, but it's nice and quick on Firefox.

Which browser? It is lightening fast for me.

I am having issues with slow downloads as well. I'm using Internet Explorer.
