i believe its based on pending ITFs and current allocation of TSPcenter member? I've never paid much attention to it in 8+ years
No clue what I'm doing, but willing to learn.

There was a survey members could take (data call), but at some point it broke. Not sure what the status of it is now.

Based on what I recall from our conversations, I think this is one of the things on MJ's to-do list for the site. Not sure what he plans for it though.

Well, the F fund is not doing well at all. Anyone planning to stick with the F fund after their strategy says to move (Friday)? It has to start going up eventually, right? Like roulette. Can't always land on red!
