tspwizard,

The one from yesterday poked fun at capitalists - hardly a GOP stance.

No it didn't, it was about GOPers twisted view of white privilege (because they actually don't understand the conversation). I'm just wondering, can I post cartoons that are all slanted toward left wing point of view? Or is it only righties that get the go ahead on here? Serious question.

That's what I love about the markets: it doesn't really care if you're left, right, Republican, Democratic, or non-binary. A rising tide lifts all ships. If we don't hang together, then we will certainly hang separately.

On the funny scale, those are about a -6.
You might get canceled for un-funny cartoons.
Hunt for something we can all laugh at.

The Fed has to raise interest rates. That is for certain. Those interest rates should have never been cut in a bull market but Trump put constant pressure on the Fed to do so in dreaming of his 4% annual GDP growth, which he never achieved. My thought is instead of this little half point raise at a time why not just go for it. Raise it to 8-10%. Shake the darn tree. Get it over with. Yes it will be a red day. But then what? Likely buyers will flow in. This half point every few months just constantly drags markets down slowly, and when they recover a bit, lookout another half cut raise on the way.. Am I missing something obvious with that sentiment?
