IFTs tspcenter vs real tsp

Are rules the same? When I make an IFT on the gov site it will clearly state I have one left. On this site it appears you can transfer at will.

Prior to MJ taking over, TSPCenter followed the same rules as TSP.gov, with the exception, you have until 12:15 pm EST to make an IFT (vs. 12:00PM est for TSP.gov). I am not aware of any changes to those rules.
Per TSP.gov, "For each calendar month, the first two IFTs can redistribute money among any or all of the TSP funds. After that, for the remainder of the month, IFTs can only move money into the G Fund."
