So with the changes to TSP.gov there seem to have been some changes to the TSP loan. Paper checks and vouchers for additonal payments are no longer needed, now you can make additional payments via your debt card, which is a nice upgrade. But you don’t seem to able to remotize your loan like you once could.
Not sure how I feel about that one.

I haven't spent much time studying the new TSP website, but I will say that the ability to easily reamortize your loan was a big deal. Me too. I could throttle up my payments to get things paid off quicker, and in December when I needed extra cash, I could throttle it back. I wonder if you paid via debit card, would
your payment be as of “the day of transaction”. Thus using that particular days share price, kind of like another payday contribution.
