Experience with Mutual Fund Window
Dear all,
I'm curious to people's experience with the use of the mutual fund window. Let me be clear, however, that I find it a big mess right now, but I have an investing strategy that's really simple and typically does really well. So, I'm curious to see people's experience and if its worth exploring more than the typical investment options.
Thanks,
Bubba
P.S. Please do comment if you've used it or you know of a colleague/friend that's used it and their experience. I would use it for leveraged ETF trading. Thanks!

Re: Experience with Mutual Fund Window
I signed up for the Mutual Fund Window. Looked at the available funds. I decided that the management/static fees are too high. I decided to just use my Fidelity Roth IRA to diversify with US/International stocks; Large Value, Small Value and a REIT (VNQ).
I won't be using the MFW.
I won't be using the MFW.
I am just an average Joe. I have no clue to what the market will do.

Re: Experience with Mutual Fund Window
The thing that interests me are leveraged ETFs and a couple of "interesting" mutual funds. I have a relatively simple leveraged ETF system, so I'm thinking about using that. I'm just very unhappy about the fees and I'm very thoughtful in showing the TSP folks any interest in the MFW to show my distaste.Scarfinger wrote: ↑Wed Dec 07, 2022 11:19 pm I signed up for the Mutual Fund Window. In terms of the creation of the MFW, was the process simple or did the company Alight also destroy that too?
Thanks!
