Can we fire the FRTIB? TSP Satisfaction Survey

According to main page
https://www.frtib.gov/ there is only a 2% dissatisfaction rate with TSP but the survey was done prior to the change over (March-May 2022). This is the most recent survey
https://www.frtib.gov/pdf/reading-room/ ... s-2022.pdf
I don't recall ever taking a TSP survey like this. Did anyone here actually get the last year survey?
I hope I get one this year, although that is very unlikely based on the small sample size.
I predict that there will be a drop in the satisfaction survey for 2023

In March 2022, Gallup sent a hardcopy of the eight-page survey as well as, for those participants with
email addresses, a URL to the online survey. Respondents were allowed to fill out their surveys prior
to mid-May 2022, and reminders were sent to non-responders.
I don't recall seeing one, but I am fairly certain I would have just ignored it if I ever had received it.

I keep getting these surveys. I just got another request to fill one out. This is probably the 3rd one since the changeover. However I know they don't read them because I rate them poorly and in all the text boxes no matter what question it is I write something like "The only way you can improve the site is to give us more IFT's and do away with the archaic noon cutoff time".

there's a good chance this survey is just a contract line item deliverable to collect this data. it doesn't mean that they are contractually bound to analyze much less publish its results especially if the findings don't look good.

there's no reason for not extending the cut off time to 4:00

Hey Don't know if any of you saw this but here is an open letter to TSP retirement board concerning the new TSP site. It seems to have captured much of what has been stated by folks here.
Thought it may be of interest.
