According to main page https://www.frtib.gov/ there is only a 2% dissatisfaction rate with TSP but the survey was done prior to the change over (March-May 2022). This is the most recent survey https://www.frtib.gov/pdf/reading-room/ ... s-2022.pdf
I don't recall ever taking a TSP survey like this. Did anyone here actually get the last year survey?
I hope I get one this year, although that is very unlikely based on the small sample size.
I predict that there will be a drop in the satisfaction survey for 2023

I don't recall seeing one, but I am fairly certain I would have just ignored it if I ever had received it.In March 2022, Gallup sent a hardcopy of the eight-page survey as well as, for those participants with
email addresses, a URL to the online survey. Respondents were allowed to fill out their surveys prior
to mid-May 2022, and reminders were sent to non-responders.
