TSP jacked up my IFT request yesterday and somehow did not move my 50/50 C/S mix to 100% I. Could you revert my IFT back to C/S so I can match it up?

Gotcha. I didnt take a screenshot of the confirmation web page and never got the email--so I cant prove jack to them. Which is fine I guess, unless they double-down and make yesterday's supposed IFT magically show up and in addition to the make-up IFT I EXPLICITLY put in today--essentially counting it as this month's 2nd IFT--which would disallow me making another planned IFT later this month.

I always print the screen of step 4 (Completed Successfully) to PDF and include the date in the file name. My IFT of 2023-1-28 shows Effective Date: January 31, 2023. However, IFT of 2023-3-27 (11:19 EST) shows Effective Date: March 28, 2023. The Account Activity screen confirms that transfers were made on January 31, and March 28 (not 27).

However, IFT of 2023-3-27 (11:19 EST) shows Effective Date: March 28, 2023. The Account Activity screen confirms that transfers were made on January 31, and March 28 (not 27).

That's just great Now if this prior IFT executes later, on top of the IFT I just entered today--that makes 2 IFTs made this month--which locks me out of my 3rd planned non-G IFT later this month. Class action lawsuit stuff if it afflicts others.


EDIT: I just chatted with a rep. They stated that only my follow-up IFT submitted this morning is in the queue for execution for April. I made sure to screenshot this chat, along with the "IFT reference #" just in case. Makes me queasy thinking we are force to entrust our retirement savings to these guys.

Hold the presses! In my case human error (mine) is to blame. I note that my IFT on TSPtalk was for 2023-03-28, which matched the file date of my saved PDF – but not the date I named it.
Maybe I'm one who should be concerned about dementia.

Hopefully...not for our shared dementia I mean...but for that this condition is just a TSP.GOV UI usability issue that tricks geezers-in-waiting like us
