13.5% increase to match a COLA of 2%. Thanks corporations  Clearly "they" have the common working people's best interests at heart.

If anyone claims this is due to inflation or government overreach...then I have a bridge to sell.

I'm now wondering if I selected the wrong career field...

Your chart clearly infers that "they" want as many Americans as unhealthy and uneducated as possible--by systematically allowing or even enabling uncontrolled price increases in those costs.

- I wonder why?
- Who's "they"?

It's everyone's fault. It's the government subsidizing everything, it's the corporations who charge too much because of greed and it's the people who take fat loss drugs, but still eat like s**t. Heck, the #1 item purchased with food stamps is soda. It seems 8 billion dollars go to Ukraine every month or so; just imagine what that money would do for our country. The list goes on and on... Same goes for college tuition. If the government didn't transfer so much tax dollars to students then imagine how much less college would cost. Are the colleges just as greedy as those corporations? Tuition costs have skyrocketed.

Rant is over, I'm not here to debate. I just hope we get a market correction soon, so I can jump back in. My TSP has done poorly over the years and wish I went buy/hold from the beginning... Take care.
Never underestimate the true intentions and overreach of the regime.

While I agree with a few of your statements and disagree with a ton of statements (e.g. college tuition is based on a huge number of factors of which I would be happy to expound...but blaming the federal government to me is a bit...unexpected). I'm also looking forward to that correction, but from what I'm reading most people expect a sizeable correction in January/February and then at the end of next year. We'll see. Opinions are a dime a dozen...

I suspended FESB last year for just using our Tricare. So far, It has worked out well. We usually use military facilities anyway, and haven't had to pay a dime yet for anything, except dental stuff.

My father, whom is also a veteran, says the VA hospitals aren't that bad. He even said they pay him $20 for a visit (meant as reimbursement for gas and food). What a deal! He gets paid to use the military healthcare system. :)

I'm covered under VA too, but usually go to Walter Reed or JB Andrews. It you live near good military facilities, Tricare works great.
