Yeah, makes sense that data centers could easily pivot from crypto to AI. They have NVDA ties and they and CoreWeave have reached a new lease agreement. I bet they will keep going to 30, but I see that insiders sold over 500K shares this month.

When a stock doubles in value it's smart to take money off the table. Either trim your position to move to another investment or pull and reinvest because doubling doesn't happen all the time without some kind of pull back. Add that the market is frothy right now with a potential correction in March unless the Fed continues to lower interest rates. Caveat many feel the remaining cuts are already factored into the market price already so future negative earnings reports will likely give pull back and buying opportunities. But we are still in a Bull market the rest of this year and possibly until March.
